1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the spinph.com platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the spinph.com website or services.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on spinph.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. spinph.com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinph.com login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to notify spinph.com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). spinph.com may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your spinph.com account at any time by contacting customer support. spinph.com may also close or suspend your account at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. spinph.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. spinph.com does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your spinph.com account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the spinph.com platform. spinph.com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on spinph.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). spinph.com is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.5 spinph.com reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by spinph.com are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. spinph.com reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.

5.3 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new spinph.com members only, one per household, one per IP address, and one per payment method. Existing members who create new accounts to claim the welcome bonus again are in violation of the Single Account Policy under Section 3.1.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. spinph.com actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

5.5 spinph.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed the promotion.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified RNG. All casino games available on spinph.com use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by spinph.com or any third party.

6.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on spinph.com, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and sabong, are subject to additional sports betting rules available on the platform. Odds are subject to change and spinph.com reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular circumstances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on spinph.com and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with spinph.com games or systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct;
• Using spinph.com for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;

7.2 spinph.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

10.3 spinph.com does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use spinph.com at your own risk.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude spinph.com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

13.4 For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform conduct, spinph.com's decision, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
